BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Analyst Basic for an opportunity in Monroe, LA 71203




Position Title: Quality Control Analyst Basic

Location: Monroe, LA 71203

Expected Duration: 2 months contract with possible extension

Job Type : Contract

Pay Rate : $20.00 to $26.25 /hr on W2.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job responsibilities

• A Quality Specialist is responsible for reviewing a statistical sampling of the operational aspects within each Center of Excellence (Image Service, Document Execution, Special Process and Auto) ensuring quality and consistency are achieved throughout Loan Administration.
  
• A Quality Specialist works closely with their Supervisors and Business Partners to ensure departmental standards are met, while working as a team and/or independently with strong attention to detail.
  

Job responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews with established set of criteria / guidelines
  
• Work with limited supervision meeting performance related standards and goals for quality and productivity
  
• Enter all quality results in ACES, following the proper procedures for pass / fail entries
  
• Effectively communicate with Supervisor / Team, as needed
  
• Complete all work as it's assigned to meet service levels and Legal/Compliance requirements
  
• The Contractor will work closely with Supervisor to ensure departmental standards are met, while working as a team and/or independently with strong attention to detail.
  
• Knowledge of mortgage documents.
