The Judge Group is seeking a Regional EHS Manager for a company based in the Cullman, AL area.

Travel: 20%
Responsibilities:
•Develop and Implement EHS Programs: Create and support initiatives to achieve Americas and Global EHS objectives and KPIs, focusing on: Accident Prevention, EHS Regulatory Compliance, Waste Minimization
•Coordinate EHS Training: Oversee all EHS training programs, emphasizing behavioral safety.
•Cultivate Safety Culture: Design and implement strategies to transition RWC Americas from a dependent to an independent safety culture, ultimately aiming for an interdependent safety culture.
•Ensure Compliance: Adhere to Group (Global) EHS Policy and Directives. Conduct audits against Global Risk Management Standards and develop action plans to address any gaps.
•Provide Guidance: Offer support and direction to the EHS Coordinator at Cullman Manufacturing.
•Manage Corrective Actions: Oversee and manage corrective actions resulting from EPA audits.
•Handle OSHA Actions: Manage OSHA-related activities, including inspections, letters of noncompliance, and informal conferences.
•Prepare Reports: Compile and present Monthly and Quarterly Reports for the Americas Leadership Team, the Global Health & Safety Board Committee, and the Board.
•Coordinate International Activities: Collaborate with EHS personnel in the UK, Australia, and China.
•EHS Reporting: Ensure all EHS reporting requirements are met accurately and on time.
•Maintain Records: Keep all necessary EHS records up to date.
•Integrate EHS Efforts: Support and integrate EHS initiatives into Lean, HR, and Supply Chain efforts.
Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree
•5+ years of manufacturing EHS experience
•Safety certification
