YOUR ROLE

Manage critical Aeronautic OOG Project transport per Air, ground, and Sea options , and various other Aero transport operations. Drive as dedicated Project with regards of the application of the most efficient, safe and cost effective (technical) solution applied to the transport. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Preparing Method Statements, including lifting & stowage plans and strength calculations for critical parts
  • Issue Risk Assessments
  • Ensure overall technical solution design for operations and execution of project movements
  • Local, on site, survey activities, and coordinate safe handling on cargo. Assign appropriate staff to attend loading
  • Keeping close relationship with all departments and vendors to deliver the agreed timelines to customers
  • Assess vendor and their QHSE to fulfill client's expectations
  • Working with Senior management team within the Global Rolls Royce and aero team, regarding targets, project assignment, Priority, KPI reporting
  • Nortam Project Operation team for definition of the work, selection of vendors, costing, execution
  • External vendors in Air, Sea, ground, rail business activity
  • Any stakeholder within CEVA associated with aero technical move

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University or Bachelor Degree in Aerospace or any University master degree in special abnormal Transport
  • Engineering degree Mechanical or Aero is plus
  • Minium 10 years in critical/abnormal field transport related markets
  • Good understanding of Freight Forwarding
  • Aerospace engine handling experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating
  • Knowledge of HSSE policies
  • Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Analyse complex problems and develop alternative solutions.
  • Keen, analytical, creative and a pro-active problem solver
  • Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent reporting skills Internally and externally
