The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving growth through developing Top and Potential Top Customers, and Strategic Focus Accounts in designated regions to meet and exceed the company's revenue and margin targets. They will also identify and fulfill unmet customer needs with differentiated product and service offerings, concentrating on Top Customers and Strategic Focus Accounts and introduce new technology and standardization of existing portfolio onto customers to secure new project orders.
