Duties: The Mixed Methods Research Lab (MMRL) works with investigators to provide conceptual and technical support for mixed method, community based, and clinical research studies. As part of the MMRL research team, the Senior Research Coordinator will be required to participate in and manage a variety of research projects, assign and oversee the work of support staff (research assistants and/or students).
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Masters degree preferred. A background in qualitative research and data management are preferred. Proficiency with MS Access and NVivio are highly preferred. Candidates must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Candidates must have the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and report to multiple managers. Candidates must have the ability to collaborate with others and provide ongoing support and consultation.
