About the Opportunity:

As a Revenue Forecast Analyst at Life Fitness/Hammer Strength, you'll play a key role in optimizing revenue processes and performance for our sales organization. By delivering data-driven insights, you will support strategic decision-making and help refine sales operations to maximize revenue growth. This position centers around managing, analyzing, and continuously improving our revenue forecasting tool and sales operations metrics.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days #LI-Hybrid.

What you'll do to be successful:

• Revenue Forecasting Tool Management:
  
  • Maintain, track, and enhance our revenue forecasting tool to support accurate, timely forecasting for sales leaders.
    
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and streamline processes.
    
  • Provide training and support to sales leaders on effectively using the forecasting tool. Develop resources, such as guides or FAQs, to ensure that users can easily access and interpret data.
    
  • Regularly audit and validate the accuracy of revenue forecasts, collaborating with sales teams to address discrepancies and refine forecasting methods.
    
• Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:
  
  • Collect, analyze, and report on key sales and revenue performance metrics.
    
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights for sales teams and leadership.
    
• Sales Process & Pipeline Optimization:
  
  • Identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas within the sales process, sales cycle, and pipeline.
    
  • Conduct gap analysis and prioritize initiatives to drive performance improvements across the sales organization.
    
• Data-Driven Decision Support:
  
  • Support the sales team by providing insights based on historical data, industry benchmarks, and trends.
    
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives and address key questions with data insights.
    
• Risk Management:
  
  • Analyze and identify risks to forecast accuracy, including external market conditions, customer behavior, or operational challenges.
    
  • Work with management to develop mitigation strategies for any forecasted discrepancies.
    

What are we looking for in you:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
  
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Power BI; experience with Macros is a plus.
  
• Strong aptitude for framing business questions with data and delivering insights that drive results.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with various levels across the organization.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
• Passion for fitness and health; experience in the fitness, wellness, or athletics industry is preferred.
  

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $90,000.00 - $112,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of bonus varies based on company and individual performance goals and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
