They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager/Key Account Manager to join the growing team and drive sales within the retail space while managing sales representatives.

Your new role

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the retail sector.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
