Description: Our Client Is Currently Seeking A Sales Support Coordinator in Exton, PA. Company Has a Fantastic Reputation and Looking For Someone Who Will Help Support The Sales Team. This Is An Onsite Position.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and concerns with clients in a timely manner
  
• Provide estimated ship dates and tracking information to clients
  
• Proactively communicate with distributors about stock levels, lead times, and potential delays to manage expectations
  
• Contribute to organic sales growth by scheduling calls with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and promote new products
  
• Provide reports outlining the sales pipeline and closed business with existing clients
  
• Negotiate details of orders and payments and prepare sales order forms
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
  
• Use of CRM to view account structure and accuracy of Sales Rep input
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BS Degree or AA Degree Preferred
• 4+ years experience working in a project or sales coordinator role
• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts and product demonstrations is a plus
  
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members
  
• MUST BE OK WORKING ON SITE
