Baer is looking for SAP FICO Design and Deployment Consultant for a 3+ month remote project located.

Title: SAP FICO Design and Deployment Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 3 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2

Description:

• Lead SAP FICO design and deployment activities, focusing on CO-PA, CO-PC, CCA, and Project Systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for CO-PA and CO-PC design and configuration, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Oversee SAP FICO configuration and ensure successful implementation of key components such as product costing, overhead cost calculations, cost planning, activity planning, and other planning processes.
• Integrate SAP Supply Chain processes (such as procurement, production, and sales) with CO-PC to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
• Provide expertise in implementing CO-PA to meet business requirements and ensure accurate profitability analysis across various segments.
• Work closely with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD) to ensure integration with SAP Order-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Manage General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payables, and Accounts Receivables processes in SAP FICO, ensuring smooth functionality and compliance.
• Perform data migration and testing for SAP FICO configurations, with a focus on CO-PA and CO-PC.
• Support and mentor junior team members and ensure knowledge transfer to clients.
• Provide continuous support and optimization recommendations for SAP FICO modules post-implementation.
• Ensure all processes are well-documented and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in SAP FICO with strong expertise in CO-PA, CO-PC, CCA, and Project Systems.
• Proven experience in integrating SAP Supply Chain processes (e.g., procurement, production, sales) with CO-PC.
• Expertise in implementing CO-PA to meet business requirements and ensuring robust profitability analysis.
• Solid experience with product costing, overhead cost calculations, cost planning, and activity planning processes.
• Proficiency in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payables, and Accounts Receivables.
• Integration experience with SAP Order-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay processes and SAP FI.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its capabilities within the FICO module.
