As a Senior Manager Learning Partner, you'll enable training for the strategies developed, focused on innovating learning environments across the organization. In this role you will support learning partners in the prioritization and enablement of training for the business while working cross-functionally with each partner to enable the business strategy. To accomplish this, you'll facilitate trainings as needed in business-focused learning environments across the company.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you'll doCollaborate with other facilitation and learning partners on how to integrate learning methodology and sales into the strategyMeet with department leaders to identify vision and then work to translate it into an actionable plan for trainingAdvise content creators on the learning solution and provide input on how to match the content to the strategic visionOversee the learning solution through from vision to deliver to audience and measure the impactProvide summary of the measurable outcomes back to the appropriate business leaderSupport the efforts in building and expanding retail media and commerce partnershipsIdentify new opportunities by conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trendsBasic qualifications3 years of leading, mentoring, cross-functional team management, or influencing without authority1 year of experience teaching or facilitating in front of an audience both virtually and in personPreferred qualifications3 years of people management experience1 or more years of Brand advertising, Digital marketing, or digital media experienceAble to use technology such as Teams and Adobe to enable a learning environmentAbility to collaborate and form strong partnershipsDeep knowledge of operational and sales strategiesAdvanced facilitation ability in front of large groupsAbility to create vision and prioritization within projectsWhat's in it for you
