Lead with Impact as the Senior Manager, Retail & Shopper Analytics

As the Senior Manager, - Retail & Shopper Analytics, you will lead a team of talented analysts and work at the intersection of data, strategy, and retail sales. Reporting to the Director of Business Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our company's shopper & retail strategies by translating data into meaningful insights that drive sales, channel strategy, merchandizing, and enhance partnership with our retail partners.

What you'll accomplish?
Senior Manager, Business Analytics - Retail & Shopper is responsible for leading business analytic work supporting our sales teams and major retail partners. Overseeing a team of business analysts and collaborating cross-functionally with various departments, this individual will identify, articulate, and shape sales strategies, drive business performance and sales growth via effective data storytelling. Key deliverables include opportunity assessment, sales strategy development as part of a category blueprint, shopper insights, and assortment recommendations.
What you'll do?

Strategic Business Partner:Gain a deep understanding of HBI's strategies, objectives, and competitive landscape; partnering with teams across marketing, sales, product, finance, and supply chain to leverage analytics that drive measurable business outcomes.

Inspiring Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of business analysts; fostering a culture of innovation and analytics excellence to deliver actionable insights for sales and retail partners.

Data-Driven Growth Strategy:Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business challenges and growth opportunities; proactively develop solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Insightful Data Analysis:Analyze complex data from multiple sources to reveal trends and drive value for shoppers, retail partners, and HBI.

Collaborative Innovation:Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities in innovation, assortment, merchandising, and promotional programs.

What you'll need?Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience (Master's degree preferred).
- 4+ yearsof equivalent work experience can substitute for a bachelor's degree.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in category management, sales analysis, or sales planning with 8+ years of experience leading teams.
- Experience with syndicated data such as IRI (Circana), Nielsen, as well as customer-provided point of sale (POS) data.
- Exceptional ability to create compelling data narratives and visuals that inspire action and resonate with diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to drive insights across a commercial organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with a passion for team development.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a strong plus.
- Experience working with Target and Roundel is a strong plus.
