RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Sierra Vista, AZ that is seeking a Senior NETOPS Tools Administrator.Responsibilities:- Supports, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots all local area network (LAN) related network performance and monitoring applications across various networks; Applications include Cisco management tools (ISE/Prime), BMC TrueSight Network Automation, Broadcom DX NetOPS Suite (DX Spectrum/DX Portal), Junos Space, and RSA Authentication Manager
- Formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding in the development or modifications of moderately complex information systems
- Proactively troubleshoot, and where necessary assist and provide support to third parties to resolve technical issues
- Work in a team environment to manage the installation of products and resources to meet the needs and requirements of our WAN and LAN network-based services
- Must participate in a 7x24 on-call rotation after 90 days or account access is complete
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma/GED and 6 years of experience, or AA/AS and 4 years of experience, or BA/BS and 2 years of experience
- An IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is required
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Knowledge with application administration to include installation, maintenance, user management, and troubleshooting
- Possess the capability to troubleshoot unique issues and work with various parties to determine root cause and provide viable solutions
- Knowledgeable with DISA STIGs and the application of STIGs to the applications
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively interface with customers and leadership
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
