HYBRID ROLE BASED OUT OF OUR NORCROSS OFFICE
Job Purpose:
The Senior Pricing Specialist will become the business subject matter expert for the pricing system. Requirements include creating 'Agile Stories' documenting system requirements for system upgrades and new feature development to include necessary test scripts to validate build matches expectations. They will ensure that supplier cost changes are transferred to customers in the form of price adjustments that are provided to Veritiv's sales team for action. This person will support the Pricing Operations Manager with various data extracts, ad hoc reports and analysis.Job Responsibilities:
● Thoroughly analyze and validate supplier cost changes and customer price change data to ensure that supplier cost passes through to customers in an accurate and timely manner.Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Research and resolve pricing errors within pricing and ERP systems.
● Test and validate system fixes and upgrades.
● Provide reporting (overrides, opportunity reports, scorecards, ad hoc) and conduct analysis.
Work Experience:
● 5-10 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).Education:
