Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Product Designer:
- Work in a remote setting for a 6-month contract period - Collaborate closely with cross-platform partners and front-end developers - Conduct design research to inform and enhance product development - Utilize Figma to create compelling and user-friendly designs - Showcase a commitment to ongoing professional development and critical thinking
Required Skills for Product Designer:
- Minimum of 5 years of combined UI/UX and product design experience - Proficiency in design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography - Strong experience with Figma - Proven ability to manage cross-platform partnerships and delegate tasks effectively - Experience in conducting design research - A diverse and compelling online portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
