Position: Senior Product Manager, Distribution Automation

Job Location: 702 S.W. 8th Street, Bentonville, AR 72716

Duties: New Automated system (Symbotic) integration with current setup of Regional Distribution Centers to transform fulfillment network into advanced technology. Warehouse Automation system testing for deployment readiness before going into live Production environment. Functional Testing the automated system with legacy framework to ensure all standard operating processes are aligned with desirable outcomes. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including Automation Engineers, Software Developers, Operation Managers, Project Managers to implement and deliver successful implementation. Co-ordinating between both internal and external stakeholders to manage the project timeline, resource planning, software version levelling, testing and production roll out planning. Defining vision and strategies for automation technologies using internal and external requirements, building business cases, and providing design solutions to implementation issues. Consulting and advising business partners utilizing detailed analysis of complex data to influence strategic decisions. Gathering, identifying, defining, and communicating requirements to lead product/solution development. Implementing efficiencies and best practices in automation and operations to help speed the delivery and quality of products. 30% travel required.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in product management, project management, management consulting, retail or eCommerce business functions, or related experience OR 4 years of experience in product management, project management, management consulting, retail or eCommerce business functions, or related experience.

Skills required: Must have experience with: System Integration to establish information flow upstream and downstream; System Testing to ensure that applications are working as per design; Functional Testing to ensure that outlined operational processes adhere to business rules; Automation system execution to achieve performance metrics and run the business; Product Strategic Management to utilize and scale up solutions for the business; System and Process Flow Design to provide optimized solutions for the business; Service Management for business stability and system improvement; Production Support to ensure business continuity by resolving persistent issues; Documentation used to lay out standard process Changes; Training and communication management for effective project deadline tracking and establishing collaborative platforms for stakeholders; Data Reporting to track performance metrics and provide insights to make informed decisions; Strategic Automation Network Expansion for business growth; Process Improvement techniques used for attaining defect free product solutions; and Requirement Gathering and Gap Analysis to analyse current and future state of products/processes. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
