You'll be part of a great construction company located in South Florida, over 40 years, offices in Fort Lauderdale area and projects nationwide. Specialized in Multifamily Mid - High Rises, Hotels, Federal and Commercial projects. Projects over 100M.

Responsibilities

Support the VP in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.

Will also be accountable for maintaining relationships with the clients, subcontractors, building trust and value throughout the construction process.

Reporting / Cost Controlling / Preconstruction / Process Improvement / Scheduling / RFI Management / Change Management / Subcontractor Management / Team Leading /Client Management.

Leading a team of 3 direct reports to manage Mid-Rise Projects over 100M

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.

10-25 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Multifamily, Hotels, Commercial, High-End Condos... Ground up / Renovations. (Projects over 80M)

To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with, South Florida area subcontractors and the vendor market.

Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.

Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software are important.

What you'll get in return
