RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a talented Senior Scrum Master w/ RTE in San Antonio, TX.Summary:A Scrum Master with RTE will be a strong facilitator for a Scrum team while taking charge of Train Release Engineering team. You understand the development process well, which allows a team to self-organize and make changes faster. A Scrum Master is accountable for handling the information-sharing process. They ensure that the team follows Agile values and principles. They are the protectors of the team, clearing obstacles and protecting the unit from different interruptions and distractions that affect the ultimate goal. In this role, you will promote system procedures and execution, assign barriers, monitor risks, and help drive constant growth. Therefore, you will ensure that the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) minutely follow the SAFe practices and processes and work together to achieve the ultimate goal.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in RTE Scrum/Agile
- Experience with Jira and Rally - including knowledge to build reports and graphs to measure metrics and progress throughout the ART (Agile Release Train)
- Agile expertise (ideally SAFe - Scaled Agile Framework), Kanban, Scrum
- Strong technical analyst skills - this person doesn't have to be a technical SME but ideally will have enough technical savvy to ask good questions improving our business requirement processes
- Strong presentation skills - both orally and visually to deliver professional messages via PowerPoint, white papers, email, etc.
- Needs to have a strong personality and able to deliver messages to large audiences
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
