Your Role:

We have an exciting new opportunity for you to join as Senior Strategic Product Manager in a highly visible role in Single Use and Integrated Systems Business Franchise within the Process Solutions organization leading our SU assembly portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Growth Segments Business Franchise, you will act as the business owner to set the direction and drive the growth of a product portfolio of SU assemblies. In this critical role, you will drive the development and implementation of strategy for market leadership of your portfolio, leveraging your deep knowledge of global market dynamics, customer needs, applications, and business opportunities.

What you will do:

  • Develop a clear vision and strategic plan for your portfolio growth including long-range plan, product portfolio positioning, and evolution of portfolio for modalities/applications creating value for customers
  • Act as the owner to drive product development roadmap including business cases, market sizing, financial analysis and forecasting and lead successful product launches from concept through commercialization (NPI)
  • Develop and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP) including GTM execution focused on revenue growth, operating margin, innovation, and life cycle management
  • Work collaboratively and lead cross-functionally with R&D, commercial, operations and value chain, operational product management and other key business partners to drive business results in a global high matrix set up
  • Formulate pricing strategy to maximize top and bottom-line goals
  • Actively monitor competitive activity, market trends, voice of the customer and translate into winning strategies for new and existing products
  • Provide support and training as a part of GTM plan to internal commercial organization and externally through conference presentations, webinars etc
  • Frequently present to stakeholders, sponsors and senior management

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in science or engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar product management and/or strategic marketing role

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the bioprocessing industry and single-use manufacturing
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative/scientific field (MBA, Masters, or PhD)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention-to-detail as well as ability to step back and analyze business impact and make decisions effectively
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation (Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint)
  • Strong experience in digital such as integrated system with software and customer facing design configurator tools
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and strong ability to drive business results
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
  • Ability and agility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence
  • Highly collaborative and demonstrated ability of influencing and navigating through a global matrix organization
