Location: Hartford, CT

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated ServiceNow Architect to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and oversight of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in SPM, Employee Central, and Marketplace Catalog setup. This is a senior-level position requiring strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to both internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Oversee and conduct rigorous pressure testing to validate solution stability and resilience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop comprehensive solutions.
• Present solutions, lead meetings, and effectively communicate technical concepts to clients.
• Hold vendors accountable for deliverables and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on ServiceNow best practices and emerging technologies.
