Role: Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Change Manager
Location: Denver

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement change management and operating model solutions for projects, aligning them with organizational business strategies
- Conduct diagnostics and utilize human-centered design techniques to understand people, process, and technology changes and ensure targeted future experiences and ways of working
- Define, track, and analyze performance metrics while identifying and mitigating people-related risks
- Create change management communications
- Coordinate and oversee a small-scale project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
What You'll Bring
- 5-10 years change management experience
- Consulting experience
- Project management experience
- Experience implementing and leading structured organizational change management, inclusive of communications, engagement, and learning
- Experience with project management surrounding change management projects
- Experience in developing role descriptions, role mapping, and creating personas and user journeys
- Experience conducting current state assessments to determine organizational readiness
- Comfortability navigating ambiguity and interfacing directly with client
- Ability to lead the design and facilitation of alignment sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives, and key results
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Ability to be on client site 1-3 days per week

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $60 to $75/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
