Our client is seeking a seasoned Software Architect with a strong background in .Net and ETL processes. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, primarily located in our client's locations in Minneapolis and Portland, that values an Agile culture and Risk Technology Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand existing ETL processes managed by the application team, primarily using SSIS and AutoSys
- Comprehend the architecture and usage of the existing Web Application, including the deployment model
- Conduct thorough Impact Analysis for major changes requested and provide optimal solutions
- Develop POCs and recommend solutions based on the problem or feature requests
- Design and build new functionalities for the Web Application and modify existing functionalities
- Review requirements with the scrum team to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate development activities
- Develop and apply development processes for new and existing features to meet requirements
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Full Stack .Net Developer using .NET Core 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and SQL
- Experience in designing and maintaining ETL processes
- Experience with Database design and backend coding including creation of tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and optimization techniques
- Experience in developing SSIS packages
- Development of new Web APIs and Integration with existing APIs
- Experience with Telerik Controls, Bootstrap, jQuery, Javascript, HTML 5, CSS
- Preferred experience with application deployment using a CI/CD pipeline like Jenkins
- Basic Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and YAML
Nice to have Skills:
- Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, Repository Pattern, Nuget Package Creation, GraphQL, Dapper.NET, OAuth OIDC
- Working experience in TFS/Jira
- Optional Experience with Jenkins, PowerShell, Docker, Kubernetes, React, NuGet package creation
