Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Spotter:

• Collaborate with field technicians to safely lift, move, and install materials.
• Communicate using hand signals, radios, and other methods.
• Monitor the work area for hazards and alert the team as needed.
• Plan and coordinate safe lifts, and help maintain equipment.
• Keep accurate records of equipment and communication.
• Perform warehouse duties and general construction tasks.

Required Skills for the Spotter:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications may be required.
• Familiarity with construction equipment, especially lifts.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of safety protocols.
• Physical fitness for extended standing and outdoor work.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.
