We are looking for an experienced communications generalist to support the planning and execution of communications initiatives. The right person for this role is an outside-the-box thinker, a skilled writer and editor, with strong project management skills. If you thrive in a role where you're equally tactical and strategic, this is the job for you. This role reports to the Director of Communications.

Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of short- and long-term internal and external communication plans aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Ensure communications are timely, relevant, and engaging.
• Develop and manage content for a broad range of projects, initiatives, and campaigns and channels.
• Ensure all communications, regardless of platform or message, are accurate, aligned, and reflect the Company mission.
• Plan and coordinate the gathering of interviews, visual, and audio content.
• Manage an editorial calendar to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Curate, write, review and edit promotional copy and creative assets.
• Coordinate the production of a variety of marketing and communications materials, such as blog articles, website copy, presentations, advertisements, infographics, newsletters, memos, headlines, press releases, and research briefs.
• Ensure that all published materials conform to professional editorial standards.
• Develop executive and employee-facing communications, including talking points and presentations.
• Develop, track and analyze communications KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication strategies are integrated across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

Required Experience:
• Proven experience in a communications role, with a strong background in both internal and external communications.
• Expertise in digital communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Familiarity with brand management and ensuring communication strategies align with the organization's overall brand identity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in healthcare communications or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design is a plus.

Requires a University Degree and minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
