Our client is seeking a seasoned Sr. Sitecore Content Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is a part-time contract position, requiring 20 hours per week, and is ideal for a hands-on content strategist with a strong background in Sitecore.

As a Sr. Sitecore Content Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping digital content through strategic planning and copywriting activities. This includes creating content strategy documentation, conducting content inventories and audits, devising migration plans, tracking migration, and developing process workflows. This role will require you to oversee a junior team offshore. Therefore, the ability to work EST mornings is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior Content Design team members in all content strategy and copywriting activities
- Develop a deep understanding of our client's business and their competitors
- Collaborate with the project team on solution states and future vision
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and practices in digital content strategy
- Demonstrate excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Work in a fast-paced team environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant content strategy experience
- Strong Sitecore experience
- A portfolio showcasing web content that drives traffic, builds engagement, and optimizes user experience
- Familiarity with holistic user-centered design processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience Leading a project or team
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Prior healthcare or hospital industry experience is a plus, but not required.
