RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Manager Human Centric Onsite Search and UX in Katy, TX.Responsibilities:- Provide Customer Data Platform solutions and build pipelines for data ingestion, identity resolution, and integrations
- Identify data needs and develop scalable solutions for activations, personalization, and analytics
- Design and build data pipelines using Kafka, SQL, Java/Python
- Establish and grow Data Engineering designs and best practices
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Application Developers to deliver scalable solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure alignment with architectural specifications
- Recommend solutions to complex data engineering issues
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies
- Manage tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
- Act as a Data Engineering Subject Matter Expert, conducting POCs, developing prototypes, and reusable frameworks
- Coach and mentor Data Engineers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 6+ years in Data Engineering, Application Integrations, and Cloud Data Platforms
- 4+ years of experience in SQL, Java/Python programming, and Shell Scripting
- Workflow scheduler experience; UC4 preferred
- Experience with Batch and Streaming ETL, Message Queues, Producers, Consumers, and APIs
- CDP experience (e.g., Treasure Data, ActionIQ, Bloomreach, Tealium, Segment, Adobe)
- Experience with marketing data/technology platforms (Content management, CRM, Experience management, Email marketing, E-commerce, Mobile tracking)
- Experience in Data Warehouse environments and modeling concepts
- Strong Microsoft Office program experience, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations
- Knowledge of distributed data processing frameworks like Kafka
- Proficiency in Data Engineering, Data Warehouse, ETL, Message Queues, SQL, Shell Scripts, APIs, RDBMS
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external
- Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytic skills with the ability to use key tools to dive deep and provide analysis consistently on performance metrics
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
