Job Description:
We are seeking three experienced Travelling Sr. Superintendents and Superintendents to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a robust background in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and food and beverage construction projects. This role requires a commitment to long-term employment and the ability to manage large-scale projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Travel extensively within California and occasionally to other states as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and food and beverage construction projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended periods.
• Commitment to long-term employment with the company.

Compensation Package:

• Annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000.
• Auto allowance.
• Profit sharing.
• Incentives based on a percentage of the annual salary.
• Travel fees, meals, and lodging covered.
• $11.49 per hour for travel time.
• Ability to return home every two weeks for two full days.
