Salary: $140,000.00 USD Annually - $170,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to join their organization in this newly created role due to the impressive growth they are experiencing. The Sr. Supply Chain Manager will plan the end-to-end supply chain (demand, supply, production, and inventory) The Manager will apply a variety of planning and execution discipline practices and procedures to plan and accomplish goals. The Manager will lead a team of demand planners, production planners, and raw material planners. The position will manage KPI's while driving inventory excellence in the organization. This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop product segmentation based on reward and risk. Develop and implement Plan for Every Part (PFEP) including target range days of supply (DOS) inventory and target customer lead time at SKU level.
• Review and implement quarterly Make to Stock (MTS) and Make to Order (MTO) strategies for every SKU and facilitate a wider business agreement. Lead the SKU rationalization projects by partnering with Product Management
• Manage suppliers and lead with empathy. Create lasting relationships and drive tactics to become their customer of choice.
• Coach the team on effective supplier management
• Own inventory histograms and measure target Vs. Actual Inventory and find corrective actions for variance beyond acceptable range.
• Own the production planning and associated improvements and ensure schedules are aligned accordingly
• Work with the plant to improve schedule adherence that plants own
• Coach the production planning team to continuously improve planning wheels based on the plants' capability
• Regularly publish lead time for customers and conduct root cause corrective action if actual lead time taken varies from published lead time
• Coach demand planner to create unconstrained demand forecast by collaborating with sales, product management and major dealers.
• Develop capacity analysis tools for assigned product segments and coach the team to perform Capacity Analysis and supply plan on monthly basis.
• Partner with manufacturing plant and find solutions and alternatives to capacity constraints for optimized delivery performance.
• Partner with finance to provide inputs to financial forecast and budget.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering or related field
  
• 10-12+ Years of Supply Chain Experience in Manufacturing
• Experience dealing with Global Vendors / Suppliers
• CPIM, CSCP or other relevant certifications preferred
• Solid Proficiency with Demand / Capacity Panning & Inventory Management
