Our Global Facilities Space Planning team is looking for the right teammate to support occupancy data for all our global sites. As a Sr. Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for pulling data metrics monthly, transforming data into visuals, and office space planning.

Where you come in:

  • Core duties include: Occupancy analysis and office space planning,
  • Work closely with others to build capabilities, and drive automation and data analytics solutions
  • Create, maintain, and document standards
  • Ensure details of all projects are documented for sustainability
  • Create and promote process improvement
  • Identify data automation and analytics gaps, propose solutions, and establish project plans
  • Own projects until formally passed to another entity
  • Regularly audit active projects with stakeholders to ensure project scopes are aligned with priorities
  • Train others and act as a knowledge resource to increase the efficiency of development across the department
  • Proactively communicates issues and manages the solution paths
  • Ensures excellent cross-functional communication (through effective meetings, email, and other means) to ensure coordination
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What makes you successful:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with colleagues and 3rd parties in regions outside of the US
  • Ability to attend virtual meetings outside of normal business hours to accommodate global needs
  • Ability to translate, statistically analyze data and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats
  • Must be capable of:
    • Working autonomously
    • Managing priorities and deadlines with little oversight
    • Communicating issues preemptively
    • Interacting with cross-functional teams
    • Proficient use in all primary Microsoft Office programs
    • Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
    • Querying Active Directory data
    • AutoCAD
    • Bluebeam Revu

  • Experience preferred in:
    • VBA
    • Python
    • API queries
    • SQL
    • PowerShell/Batch files
    • Access Database
    • Virtual Machines
    • Genetec software

Experience and Education Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
