Our client is seeking a seasoned Sr. Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is focused on the design, construction, testing, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS, OpenShift or ROSA environments, DevOps, and Helm charts or Yaml.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve level 1 problems on network infrastructure hardware
- Utilize standard tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical problems
- Serve as an escalation point for level 1 problem or incident management
- Analyze performance problems and recommend solutions to enhance functionality, reliability, and/or usability
- Serve as a liaison between the customer, suppliers, and other technical groups to resolve problems
- Perform high-level analysis of complex network system integrations
- Apply specialized knowledge in network infrastructure to conceptualize, design, construct, test, implement, and optimize network infrastructure
- Lead teams to provide advanced design, architecture, and diagnostic support
- Be responsible for the design, configuration, development, integration, implementation of network solutions

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of AWS experience
- 3-5 years strong Administration skills in OpenShift or ROSA environments
- 2-4 years strong experience with DevOps
- 2-4 years experience with Helm charts and or Yaml
- 6+ years of overall experience required
