<div><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">As a Staff Engineer you will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle across multiple products, processes, and teams. You will take a leading role in the design and development of a Software Orchestration Portal and Delivery Pipeline that accelerates internal software development teams.</span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">You will have significant influence on architectural decisions and be expected to understand consequences and risks of those tradeoffs. You will be relied on to research and provide solutions for complex problems.</span></span><br><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong>What you'll do </strong></span></span></div><ul><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Lead all phases of a large capabilities or set of products or processes</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Ensure the quality of one or more teams' output.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Identify opportunities in the SDLC, application support, reliability, and monitoring; and recommend tools and standards to be used across teams to improve efficiency.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Understand and influence the broad architecture of multiple systems or processes</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Up to date on evolving standards, platform features, and critical vendor and community provided technologies.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Owns the technical testing and performance of the products or process they support.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Understands and can communicate effectively about the tradeoffs between technical, analytical, and product needs.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Sets direction at the project, product or process level and consistently influences decision making across teams and regularly delivers projects on-time and on budget</span></span></li></ul><div><br><strong><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Basic Qualifications</span></span></strong></div><ul><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">5 or more years of relevant experience</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">5 or more years of experience with one of the following to include Ruby, Python, Go or other language.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Understanding of HTTP, REST, Bearer Auth, JSON Web Tokens and OAuth.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">2 or more years of experience configuring and maintaining Linux systems and installed services.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">2 or more years with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, OpenShift, or other orchestration/containerization platforms.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">2 or more years of experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.)</span></span></li></ul><div><br><br><strong><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Preferred Qualifications</span></span></strong></div><ul><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">7 or more years of relevant experience </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">7or more years of experience with one of Ruby, Python, Go or other language.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, Bearer Auth, JSON Web Tokens and OAuth.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Experience with Ruby, with and without Rails.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Experience with multiple web frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, etc...</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Experience with MySQL, Postgres, Memcached and Redis</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Experience with messaging platforms;
