About the Position
We are seeking Structural Engineers to join our expanding Energy team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of structural engineering experience, including both professional and internship experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of skilled engineering professionals, receiving mentorship and support while contributing to multidisciplinary projects. A PE/SE license (or completion of the PE/SE exam) is preferred, but not a requirement for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and analyze structural systems for energy-related infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Support senior engineers in the development of technical reports, design calculations, construction documents, and project plans.
- Contribute to all phases of project delivery, from conceptual design through to construction, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Keep up-to-date with evolving industry practices, software tools, and regulations, incorporating this knowledge into project execution.
- Provide proactive problem-solving and technical insights to optimize project outcomes, working in close collaboration with other engineering disciplines.
Qualifications:
- BS in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology, with a focus on Structural Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in structural engineering, including professional and internship experience.
- PE/SE License is preferred, or the candidate should have passed the PE/SE exam and be in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and familiarity with BIM and RISA software is a plus.
- Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Self-motivated, with excellent multitasking abilities and a focus on delivering results on time and to the highest standards.
- A strong desire to learn and develop professionally, seeking opportunities for growth and expanding technical expertise.

Additional Information Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Structural Engineer II with a salary range of $65,600.00 - $116,000.00 .
