My client needs TWO Supers for two large jobs in San Diego - both jobs at different stages of their life span.

1⃣480 units | Podium job | at Demolition stage | Modular Housing | Affordable Housing | 2 yr project
2⃣324 units | Podium job | Modular Housing | Affordable Housing | Completes in Feb 2025

You will be rewarded with the following :

To $180,000 per annum + 401k, Health benefits, Medical, Dental, FSA, and HSA
Vacation / Sick time / Holiday pay
Ownership of company equity
