Job Description:

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Assists Supply Chain Oracle Lead in the creation of job aids and process mapping for Oracle Cloud Fusion.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and movements by completing data entries/transactions within Oracle.
  • Manage and process incoming invoices from suppliers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency in supply chain operations.
  • Attend meetings and participate in discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain initiatives.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supply chain team.
  • Support creation and maintenance of supplier metrics and supply chain dashboards for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Current undergraduate student majoring in business administration, supply chain, or a similar degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate independently.
  • Motivated to identify and support areas requiring continuous improvement.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including effective presentation skills.
  • Experience in MRP system (Oracle, SAP, etc) is a plus.
