Max Pay - $42.29 W2
JOB DESCRIPTION
How you will make an impact:
* Develops and executes sourcing strategies to identify internal and external candidates for positions through passive and active sourcing methods, social media, and employee referrals.
* Consult with hiring managers throughout the course of a search on candidate flow, candidate assessment, recruiting activities, market trends and challenges.
* Communicate closely with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure an optimal candidate experience.
* Successfully build relationships with our TA Team, University Relations, and key Human Resources partners to optimize our recruitment function.
* Partner with other TA members on challenging projects related to process improvement, DEI, and social media.
The experience you will bring:
* A minimum of three to five years of experience performing full cycle recruiting with a strong focus on candidate assessment.
* Proven experience presenting talent to hiring managers in a corporate environment
* The ability to communicate and influence to drive for best in class hiring results
What will make you stand out:
* Proven passive sourcing techniques to engage talent
* Experience with Workday and MS Office
* An understanding or interest in learning Agile methodology within a HR Function
