The Talent, Organization, and Diversity team is actively seeking a Targeted Development Manager to play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing programs that grow transformational leaders who lead with a clear vision, build a high-performance and inclusive culture and drive winning results. As an end-to-end thinker, this role will design and deliver all aspects of executive development from understanding the business expectations of our leaders to developing programs and resources for Directors through Senior Vice Presidents and supporting leaders in adopting new behaviors to achieve those expectations.

And, you'll have the opportunity to shape a unique learning strategy that fits the dynamics of where our business is headed for targeted groups (early in career, potential successors, executives).
- Executive Programming
- Internship Program
- Rotational Program
- Support Successor development planning (leveraging coaching, etc)
- Mentoring
- Other areas as they are requested
What makes you successful:
- Lead a newly formed team responsible for all aspects of Targeted Development Programs including Internships, Executive Development and rotational development programs. Designing, launching, and managing these programs.
- Design and implement groundbreaking leadership development programs tailored to the needs of senior executives and relevant to Dexcom's business strategy.
- Develop strong relationship to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual skill development sessions and workshops to enhance leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development Partners, Talent & Org Effectiveness, Talent & DEI and HR Business Partners to design, and implement engagements
- Drive the professional growth of the executive team through innovative learning series and development plans aligned with and informed by annual talent planning process.
- Partner with the Talent Management team to create tailored development plans for our highest potential executives.
- Partner with Talent Attraction to design and deliver both the annual internship program and design a new rotational early-in-career program to pilot in 2026.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a talent for inspiring and motivating leaders.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to connect effective development initiatives with business needs.

Travel Required: Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of industry experience
- • 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience

Salary:
$105,800.00 - $176,300.00
