About the Job:

As a Taleo Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our Taleo-based recruitment systems. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the Taleo platform, enhancing our talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Taleo platform.
• Integrate Taleo with other HR systems and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Taleo.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Taleo system.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Human Resources operations and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
• 3+ years of experience working with Taleo or similar ATS platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based HR systems.
• Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques.
• Certification in Taleo or related technologies.
• Experience in a remote work environment.
