Responsibilities:
Ensures efficient and effective operations of the department and is responsible for quality within the section. Participates in the daily operations of the Study Maintenance team, Shipping assistance team and Tracking team or where needed and follows up on complaints/issues until resolution. Provides training for new personnel or when new processes are implemented. Follows up on training documentation of the teams. Attends study protocol meetings and educates staff on issues requiring attention. Creates work schedule and holiday planning for the teams.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 5 years).
1+ year of leadership responsibility.
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Additional / Specific Job Responsibilities but not limited to: - Manage processing overdue orders overview
- Maintains current courier assignment templates, Study Setup Checklist, and CDC Permit.
- Provides training to new staff members
- Provides training upon implementation of new process or guidelines
- Evaluates performance and identifies and corrects performance problems
- Manages escalations related to Study Setup and escalates and involves management and/or appropriate department
- Coordinate the review and action required on custom reports
- Kit specifications, Kit vendor document repository
- Coordinate IATA Certification for the Logistics Coordinators
- Manage and prepare Proforma Invoice. Proforma Country Overview.
- Manage Setting Systems Courier TAT
- Supports and acts as a backup for the Senior Logistics Coordinator, (Associate) Manager Global Site Services, and the Team Lead Site Service- Tracking & Maintenance
