Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Designer to join their team. This role is integral to the development and final fit of our client's products, ensuring they meet established fit quality, standards, manufacturer capabilities, and cost specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and evaluating garments to develop accurate fit specifications
- Developing technical specifications and communicating fit to vendors/factories for approvals and corrections
- Making necessary adjustments with factories to ensure the integrity of design-approved prototypes
- Monitoring product quality and targeted price
- Directing Assistant or Associate Technical Designers as needed

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7+ years in technical design, specifically with intimates/apparel. They will be flexible, a problem solver, supportive, and able to maintain composure in stressful situations.

This role requires onsite work and the ability to participate in or conduct fittings. Familiarity with Centric training, Excel, Illustrator, and Flex PLM is a plus.
