A client of Innova Solutions is looking for aTechnical Project Manager- UI development

Title: Technical Project Manager- UI development
Position type: Fulltime Contract
Duration: 12-24 Months
Location: San Leandro, CA

As a Technical Project Manager, you would:

• Act as a scrum master and project manager to lead and facilitate the end-to-end project lifecycle for development projects
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facility communication between the technical team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, and managing expectations.
• Manage project, documentation, including project plans, status, report, meeting, notes, and risk logs
• Work closely with external vendors, both technology partners, and resource vendors, to ensure timely delivery of tools, resources, and services.
• Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and ensure the team is on track to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks according to business goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Scrum Master roles.
• Strong technical and system integration knowledge, specifically in UI
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in project management tools (ex., Jira and Confluence) and agile frameworks
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibility in a fast-paced environment
