Technician- Quality Control

Chelmsford, MA

Contract Position

At Moseley we are supporting the largest defense contrators Missile and Fire Control program. The efforts of our employees are the key to the newest innovations in defense and aerospace.

We invite you to join our team supporting the most mission critical programs across the globe!

Responsibilities:

• Summary: Inspect electromechanical components, housings, and assemblies for conformance to work instructions, industry standards, and drawings using microscopes, test equipment, and hand-held tools.
• Enter inspection results into QMS and MRP systems, and collaborate with engineering to report and document non-conformances.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain or hold a Secret Clearance.

Experience:

• 3 years of inspection experience.
• Proficiency in microscope visual inspection and use of hand-held inspection tools.
• ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) training and awareness.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Desired Skills:
  • Experience in the defense industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP Quality Module, AS9100, Mil-STD-883, IPC-610, J-STD-001 (active certification preferred), Clean Room, and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) protocols.
