y has an opening for a Territory Salesperson must have Construction background
This will be onsite and will travel throughout Orange County.
Monday to Friday 8am
Recent work experience in sales in Construction with 3-5 years
Duties:
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in assigned territory to generate new business.
Makes telephone calls and in person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
Received and qualifies project bid invitations from clients and schedules estimates so that bids are delivered to clients by published bidding deadline.
Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management , accounting, logistics and vendors.
Participate in trade shows and conventions.
Qualifications:
3 years of proven technical sales experience, with architectural products, including writing specifications and reading plans/ blueprints/specifications.
Have a proven closing skills in a competitive market
Has a strong mechanical aptitude.
Have a valid California driver license and a clean record.
Self- starter
Skilled in Bluebeam, PDF viewing/takeoff software
Strong organizational skills
Strong customer service background
Skilled in Bluebeam PDF viewing.
