Job Title: Commercial Superintendent - MEP and Electrical

Location: Phoenix, Arizona & DFW
Salary: 100k-140k base plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of commercial construction projects, focusing on MEP and electrical aspects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract documents.
• Schedule and supervise all activities related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors for proper execution.
• Fully understand the scope of subcontracts and keep project managers informed of potential challenges.
• Coordinate utilities as directed.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and adherence to budget.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor, preferably with heavy MEP and electrical projects.
• Familiarity with data center design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements.
• The ability to lead field-related MEP activities and coordinate effectively with subcontractors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
