Description:
Our client, a leader in investment management and financial services, is currently seeking a UX Researcher.

This role is integral in shaping exceptional user experiences by conducting user research that uncovers critical insights into user needs, behaviors, and motivations. The UX Researcher will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings drive impactful design and development decisions.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop detailed research plans with clear objectives to support design and product decisions.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Recruit participants for research studies, creating usability screeners and discussion guides.
• Analyze user behavior data and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and research reports to communicate insights effectively.
• Present research findings and recommendations to design, development, and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with product teams to define research objectives and align strategies with user-centered design principles.
• Utilize research tools and software to track, manage, and analyze data.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in UX research, user-centered design, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing and survey design.
• Proficiency with research tools such as usability testing software, survey platforms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to present findings effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in financial services or investment management industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, iterative environment is preferred.
