About The Role:

At Veterans United, we're all about creating the best possible experience for the borrowers we serve, and our VU Experience Specialist team plays a big role in making that happen. In this role, you'll dive into borrower interactions-like calls and other touchpoints-to see how well we're living out our company values. You'll provide valuable feedback to leadership, helping us continually improve. Success in this role means producing a high volume of quality audits with accuracy and care, while staying flexible to support the company's evolving needs. And don't worry-you'll be part of a team that's supportive, collaborative, and focused on making each other better every day.

Here's a snapshot of what you'd be doing:

  • Conducting client experience assessments by reviewing all available interactions-calls, emails, and other key communications-to ensure every client feels valued and supported.
  • Reviewing call recordings to dive into the client experience and ensure we're delivering the best care possible.
  • Partnering with our production team to analyze client interactions and sharing valuable insights when they need a deeper look.
  • Assessing the full client journey by reviewing all available touchpoints, from calls to emails and everything in between.
  • Staying in the know by keeping up with company and industry guidelines. Joining trainings, participate in team meetings, and learn the latest tools and workflows to keep our client experience top-notch.
  • Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) and help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
