Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Steel-Hertford County is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Warehouse Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and acknowledging items through the appropriate computerized system (MP2), proactively researching and communicating with vendors to resolve receiving discrepancies, managing contractor billing on supplies taken out the warehouse as well as freight billing. This position will also work directly with the Purchasing and Accounting Department.Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse/inventory experience
